OpenSSH Keys for Password-less Login

1. Source host always keeps the private key (generate the key pair on the source host).
2. Destination host always keeps the public key.
3. Public key goes in authorized_keys of destination host.
4. Use a different key for each source host.
5. Donate money to OpenBSD for their work on OpenSSH (http://openbsd.org/donations.html)
